Application Support Engineer


Job Type: Permanent Position


Work Location: Lahore (Pakistan)


Qualification: B.S. in Computer Major


Experience: 1 – 1.5 years of experience.


Job Responsibilities:


– Provide level-2 technical support and troubleshooting.


– Help level-I engineers in resolving problems and escalate ticket to level-3 when required.


– Monitor Server & Application Infrastructure using New Relic.


– Investigate/troubleshoot and solve application related queries, by providing more in-depth analysis of the issues.


– Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problem themselves


– 24 x 7 x 365 application support with the level-2 team.


Skills/ Experience Required:


– Minimum 1 years of experience with customer support.


– Willing to work in rotating night shifts when required.


– Good communication skills, specially written. Proficient with English.


– Should be able to take initiative and reach out to any team members in order to solve issues.


– Must have entry level experience of Linux/Unix operating system.


– Technical experience in customer support will be an added advantage.
