We are in search of a dynamic CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECTIVE to join our team.Position holder will be responsible for carrying out support and sales related activities for our online design website.
Duties require excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate easily and professionally with good reporting skills.
Skills Required:
- Handling customers’ queries via phone calls, emails and live chats
- Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame
- Providing best customer service with quality
- To identify sales opportunities, benefits and key product features to acquire new business
- Keeping track of printing orders and monitoring of designs
- To find selling opportunities
- To follow up on new leads and referrals.
