Marketing Manager, Karachi - Global Exports

A textile knitting and dyeing process trading company is looking for Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

· Handle customer queries with reference to their different requirement.

· Planning and follow ups of raw materials.

· Receiving and verification of indents.

· Planning and issuance of purchase order and sales contract.

· Status of delivery from supplier and stocks.

· Suggest different product option for the customer from Companies Product portfolio, after reviewing the customer brief.

· Responsible for sales activities in dedicated region.

· In liaison with GM, to be responsible for dyeing and finishing of fabrics of company Brands.

· Obtain approval on the product type and material from customer.

· Share different visuals or samples in case of existing products and take clients feedback on them.

· Liaison with the GM to prepare the cost sheet and prepare the final quotation for the customer.

· Ensure that customer feedback is given top priority at every step of process.

· Assist in handling all customer complaints in relation to the product design, quality and delivery.

· Coordinate with GM to ensure adherence to timeliness and timely delivery of the products to the customer.

· Prepare various marketing presentations.

· Maintain records (Files & Data base etc.)

· Develop and maintain products Database and ensure that privacy is maintained and update product list.

· Work with operations to understand and define requirements of all new orders.

· To understand all requirements of each order.

· To define the time line of delivery.

· Increase client age i.e. increasing new clients as well as keeping good relationship with existing clients.

· Explore new markets.

· Should have experience in Greig fabric as well as finished fabric.
