Required Qualifications:

– Have 3 to 5 year’s experience
doing hands-on development using the following technologies:  Java, J2EE Web frameworks (JSF, Hibernate
Struts, or similar frameworks)

– Proven object-oriented design
and implementation skills.

– Good knowledge of and
experience with user interface design patterns, visual design elements, web
technologies, and development methodologies.

– Practical
knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycles including Agile
approaches.

– Good verbal communication.
Good writing skills such as writing systems or application documentation

– Ability
and experience in assuring the implementation of business requirements,
assuming a senior developer role
