General Description
The general purpose of this job is to provide administrative support to Workplace Services. Assistant Manager Workplace Services assists with the administration on day to day operations while making sure that all the teams’ members’ duties are fulfilled.
Essential Responsibilities
- Regional office maintenance
- Managing AP tracking system of adjacent regions including Lahore and upper Punjab
- Preparation of Annual budget for the regional office
- Conducting analysis of budget identifying any deviations from estimated figure
- Continuous monitoring of Branch office expenses to control over runs in order to control expenses
- Ensuring effective operations of Safety, health and environment system
- Helping out the USHECs to close the NCRs ( if present )
- Carrying out internal SHE audits / pre-audit operations
- Conducting Ushec meetings and implementing follow up on actions
- Reporting monthly Safety KPIs to the senior management
- Arranging regular distributor visit to check safety KPIs compliance
- Ensuring on time processing of payments
- Scrutinizing vendor invoices
- Supervising all administration affairs
- Investigating all incidents and taking appropriate actions
- Carefully handling IRIS
- Weekly scrutinizing the cash sheet to identify and close any gaps
- Preparing and maintaining car tracker report to communicate it to the field team
- Effectively managing all 3Ps and 3P staff
- Ensuring maintenance and Repairs of functional cars
- Ensuring safety KPIS reporting on SHE portal
- Marinating legal compliance and uploading evidences on self-comply portal
- Ensuring maintenance of leave record
- Relocation of employees will be accomodated
