Job Description:

Monitor all the projects and ensure achievement of Timelines of project. Maintain professional relationship with all the client’s and determine an effective strategy.

Satisfy the client by providing services on timely basis according to their request. To synchronize all concerned departments as to resolve customer’s queries. To update client regarding the progress of work via calls and emails.

Requirements:

Good Communication skills

Able to work under pressure

Candidate should have customer care or Customer Project Management or relevant experience.

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors
