Job Description
Xperium Technologies is a Digital Marketing Agency and we are looking for Business Development Executives. The primary role is to generate more revenue for us by getting new clients on board.
Xperium Techologies’ Business Development/Sales Department is divided into 2 regions i.e. Local & International. When applying for the job please mention in your cover letter which region you are looking to work in.

Web Design/Development
Social Media Marketing

Leads Generation
Google Adwords and Facebook Ads Campaigns
Graphic Designing which includes everything from Logo to Corporate Identity

Skills
The ideal candidate in order to qualify for the interview process should possess following skills:
Prospecting the right businesses who are in need of above mentioned services
Prior experience in selling the above mentioned services would be a huge plus but the candidate must possess the knowledge of the services Xperium technologies offer and how it can benefit the local businesses
International sales experience mainly in the USA region
Generating Leads and setting appointments through Cold Calling, Online Channels and Offline Channels
Experienced in Business Development with respect to B2B.
Market analysis, competition analysis and devise sales strategies .Business meetings with potential clients.
Designing emails and presentations for customers to give them clear picture of their target markets.
Developing new business relationships and generate quality leads.
Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
Negotiating with the clients and Closing the Sales
Build relationships with the clients and try to upsell Xperium Technologies services or increase the monthly retainer.
Prior experience in working on Freelance websites such as Upwork, Freelancer, People Per Hour and others.
Ability to generate International Customers for us
Ability to prospect, generate leads and convert International Prospects into Sales.
Assist Web Enthusiasts in devising a proper Marketing Plan and Sales Funnel for future growth.
Must be able to go an extra mile and provide input on the betterment of Xperium.
Must be able to work as a team and as an individual.
Must be able to meet Sales Targets
