Executive Secretary



Job Description


To perform secretarial and executive support to Chief Executive Officer, plan and organize activities and coordinate communication with staff, maintain and circulate a variety of records, provide regular support in preparing letters, reports, memoranda and other material, attend meetings, take minutes and follow-up on action.


 


Qualification & Experience; The applicant should have a Bachelors or higher degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, good written & spoken English, excellent interpersonal skills & knowledge of MS Office
