HR Specialist-Mondelez International


Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge


  • University degree in Human Resources

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR which should include T&OE/L&D experience 

  • Experience in a fast paced unionized environment, preferably in a multinational organization in a blue collar environment

  • Proven Knowledge & hands on working expeirence with Pakistan labour laws pertaining to HR best practices to the current HR practices

Training & Development 


  • Analyze employees SF /MOP forms to understand the required support in terms of T&OE.

  • Identify the training needs for all employees and create a comprehensive training plan on yearly basis.

  • Implement the training plan; evaluate training effectiveness and areas of improvement.

  • Develop and implement a plan to utilize the training levy to send local employees for training programs to develop them for current and future roles.

  • Work with QA & Safety team to ensure the implementation of all compulsory refresher training. 

IL6S – E&T Pillar 


  • upport the E&T Pillar agenda for the plant and work closely with the pillar leads & teams to identify, plan & build the capability in the team for the delivery of the business needs (CBN)

  • Identify and eliminate all losses that occur due to lack of knowledge/application of skill by employees, training methodology, training programs

  • Maintain the database of the organizational skills et requirement and drive the culture of self-directed learning, along with managing the training calendar

  • Liaison with internal sources & external vendors for the delivery of the identifies programs

Engagement & Employee relation 


  • Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills as well as the labor laws

  • Represent the company in union meetings, work closely to understand their needs and take required actions.

  • Support in rolling out Engagement Survey in the plant.

  • Conduct Focus groups to further discuss Engagement Survey results and take work on action plans.

  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement

  • Prepare communications on the plant level.

  • Recruitment & hiring

  • Source talent for all vacant roles, in alignment with the line manager of the vacant role.

  • Work with all line mangers understand the hiring forecast for the plant.

  • Support the new hires on their boarding.

  • Lead events related to Employer branding, career fairs etc.

  • Conduct Exit interviews for leavers.
