MBA / Masters or relevant field
Job Purpose: Managing teams at regional levels for Site
acquisition, rent management, authority NOC’s and regulatory, lease renewal
management, NOC’s renewal management, site liaison, WAPDA & power related
activity and billing.
Descriptions Of Duties/Responsibilities
1.
Develop & implement plans & strategies to drive growth in the
engineered solutions & Mix & Match segments. Track relevant activity at
regional level, to maximize the business results. Communicate the information
on a regular basis with higher level management.
2.
Access & quantify current business, assign & support design,
resourcing, asset selection & Specialty vender strategy, keep projects in
forward motion by identify & removing hurdles.
3.
Analyze the information & evaluate the results to choose the best solution
to solve the problems.
4.
Building & maintaining relationship with customers.
5.
Analyzing Market Trends and creating solutions accordingly.
6.
Delivering presentations for the management.
7.
Completion of customer requirements within agreed standard and time scale.
8.
Managing the team at regional level for continuous improvement. Monitors &
evaluates daily, weekly & monthly productivity of their teams on individual
as well as group basis.
9.
Identify, set directions and mange support of new markets
10.
Collaborate with other departments to support customers, products &
business strategies.
11.
Providing guidance & expert advice to management & other employees on
technical processes & other related topics.
12.
Identify the underlying principles, reasons & facts of information by
breaking down the information.
13.
Analyze the information & evaluate the results to choose the best solution
to solve the problems.
14.
Assist in preparation of periodic revenue and operational KPI reports, to serve
the requirements of stakeholders
15.
Prepare variance and trend analysis report on financials, by developing
correlation of same to business drivers
16.
Develop liaison with Commercial to ensure proper classifications of revenue
streams and reporting of revenue KPIs
