Pakistan: Finance manager

It’s hard to believe that today 650 million people still don’t have clean, safe water and 2.3 billion live without a toilet. The resulting diseases kill one child every minute.

WaterAid is looking for Finance Manager to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world’s poorest communities.

The position holder reports to the Country Representative (CR) and will be a member of the Senior Management Team. You will provide strategic leadership and take responsibility for finance function across the organization. This will be achieved by supporting CR in ensuring the effective application of Water Aid financial policies and procedures in collaboration with other members of the Senior Management Team and the UK head office. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring sound financial management at WAP by helping management in effective internal controls and supporting partner organisations to operate according to WA’s financial management framework using Value for Money (VFM) principles.

To be successful, you’ll need to be an expert with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 5 years in the similar role in the development sector.
