Job Description


Sales Lead Generation Specialist


The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for calling the prospects, and convince them for IT staffing requirements, and setting up initial meetings between the prospects and our Business Development managers (BDM’s). The individual will be expected to call 30-50 businesses a day.


Position Details:


  • Develop business via telephone/Skype and mass communication to introduce and identify appropriate buyers within the target market

  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects

  • Follow through with Leads in a timely manner

  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications.

  • Setting initial meetings between business development manager and the prospect customers

  • Define and report on the lead to close process, and conduct rigorous measurement of sales and marketing programs at both a macro and micro level

  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments

Skills:


· 2-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience with at least one year of high volume outbound sales experience with experience calling US/British customers


· Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas


· Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience


· Good with communication


· Pleasant voice


· Self-motivated, with minimal guidance


· High energy and enthusiasm.


· Good with LinkedIn Research (Good to have)


· diplomatic and Engaging with customers


· Result oriented


· Basic MS Excel skills


Qualification:


· International Calling background


· 12th/ Graduation passed – Graduation good to have


· 2-3 years of Outbound call experience in International calling background


Candidates who can join within 15 days or immediately, will be preferred Sales Skills
