University education requiredAt least three years of work experience in development sector, experience working with international organization or government highly desirablePrevious M&E experience of development sector and knowledge of M&E tools and techniquesAbility to work, live and travel extensively in the project areaAbility to work as a member of a dynamic team with varied reporting lines. Understands the difference between coordinating with team members and directly reporting to supervisors.Demonstrated English report writing skills and god report writing skills is ESSENTIALSpeak and comprehend Urdu, English. 

Job Description:

Provide back support to M&E team in editing of “Routine Monitoring Report” (RMR) on approved template and responsible to incorporate updated data, figures and pictures related to grant in accordance to donor’s guidelinesAssist M&E team in “Final Evaluation Reports” (FER) based on prescribed format and responsible to make edits, redrafting & syntax check, cross verify project statistics, indicators, data, and figures pertaining to grant  and share with M&E coordinator for final reviewUpgrade M&E tracker and maintain data base of all completed, ongoing and upcoming grantsDevelop lesson learned and success stories whenever required by PSU or senior managementUndertake variety of analysis of various projects based on data available through RMRS, FERs and other reports and be able to present findings in a concise and professional manorDevelop M&E plans for upcoming grants in accordance to donor’s requirementMaintain and update M&E data and sheets on periodic basis for readily available M&E informationRepresent the program positively and professionally in both internal and external environments.Other tasks as assigned
