Job Description:
A Lady Principal is required for a Primary School located in PECHS Karachi.
The school is run by a trust and specially established to provide quality education to the children from low socio economic background.
The School provides free of cost education to all the enrolled children including free transportation, meal, books and uniform.
The School is looking for a female Principal with the following attribute
• General Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional Qualification: A Diploma or degree in School Management and Early Childhood Education
• Experience: At least five years of experience of leading a Primary School
• Knowledge and Skills:
o Knowledge of school registration/recognition and other relevant policies and processes of the Education Department designed for Private Schools
o Understanding of how children learn and grow following a natural path and how the natural learning abilities can be nurtured
o Understanding of primary school curriculum, textbooks, assessment processes etc.
o Strong skills for administration and supervising, coaching and mentoring teachers
o Ability to design and implement school development plans, budgets, work plans etc. while demonstrating creativity and problem solving skills
o Understanding and skills for networking and building school partnerships with relevant institutes for a variety of purposes
o Skills for forming and managing teams effectively and build harmonious relationships with parents
