Job Description:
A renowned Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi, Pakistan requires Engineering Manager; candidate must be responsible for:
• Ensure smooth running of plant equipment & machines by ensuring that all equipment properly and timely serviced and maintained.
• Maintain all personnel protective equipment in working order and provide feedback to Director Operation regarding equipments & machines.
• Ensure that the staff following good housekeeping practices and keep the room and equipment in a tidy condition.
• Assist Engineering Team in installation, maintenance and start up of the new and existing manufacturing and packaging machines / equipment.
• Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Annually checklist for Utilities machine / equipment’s performance.
• Responsible for all workshop related jobs. Maintain utility equipment under conditions, which meet SOP/ Policies / Procedure, Local Regulatory and CGMP requirements, using approved documentation.
• Take responsibility of proper maintenance of machinery ie manufacturing / packaging areas and notify Director Production promptly for any technical fault.
• Responsible for on the job training of the reporting staff so that they carry out their job in most efficient manner.
Skills
• The candidate must possess sound interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments
• Well versed in MS Excel & Word
• Effective communication(English/Urdu) & Presentation
• Ability to prioritize and effectively work under tough deadlines
• Time Management, Organized and Effective
Qualifications & Experience: BE (Mechanical) with at least 5-8 years hands on experience in the well reputed Pharmaceutical/FMCG Foods Companies.
