Job Description:
Pay supplier invoices. Take all reasonable deduction on supplier invoices Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Process payroll in a timely manner Provide administrative support to management as requested Recording of transactions in accounting software (Quick Book, Tally, Xero’s etc)
- Prepare Payment Vouchers. Working knowledge of sales tax and WHT.
- Working knowledge of bookeping.
- Client dealing. Quick Book, Tally, Xero’s etcBookeeping.
- Preferable two or more years of experience in outsource environment.
