Experience & Key Responsibilities:

– 1 – 2 years of experience as Customer Services Executive in Air Freight Exports. (Females are eligible to apply)

– Correspond with Agents / Clients

– Ensure Customer Satisfaction & claims handling

– Ensures timely response to customer’s queries related to shipment

Ability to work in a team

Good written / Verbal Skills
