Admin & Facilities Officer


Urgently Required:


Include but not limited to-


  • All Administrative related Tasks

  • Supervision, co-ordination & billing of Facilities Management

  • Managing the Company car maintenance, tax management and documentation

  • Handling all security related issues and administration of Health and Safety

  • Looking after canteen/officers mess matters

  • Maintain agreement records & all service providers, vendors records and billings

  • Maintain Dispatch Management

  • Coordination with Building Management / Regions
