Admin & Facilities Officer
Urgently Required:
Include but not limited to-
- All Administrative related Tasks
- Supervision, co-ordination & billing of Facilities Management
- Managing the Company car maintenance, tax management and documentation
- Handling all security related issues and administration of Health and Safety
- Looking after canteen/officers mess matters
- Maintain agreement records & all service providers, vendors records and billings
- Maintain Dispatch Management
- Coordination with Building Management / Regions
