A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi requires an Ideal MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES


Responsibilities:
– To maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
– To update organizational charts, job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
– To maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
– To follow management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
– To update human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
– To complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
– To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Any other work assigned by the Management.


Skills
– Excellent communication skills and ability to use sound judgment.
– Ability to encourage and motivate people.
– Organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead and work within budget.
– Flexibility in order to adapt varying and challenging demands.
– Proficient in MS office.
– Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Gender : Male


Qualification : MBA/MPA from HEC recognized University. Certification in Human Resource Management.


Professional Experience : 05-07 years in Human Resource Management in a reputable national / multinational organization.


Age: 35 Years
