ASST. MANAGER HUMAN  RESOURCES & ADMIN-KARACHI



 


 


A  Public Limited Company based at Karachi requires an Ideal ASST.MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN.


 


Responsibilities:


 


 


  • To prepare Annual Budget for CSR activities in coordination with the Finance Department.

  • To submit presentation/report to the senior Management by identifying the most deserving Charity Institutions/Communities along with their projects as well as recommending the high visibility support for CSR activities for Management’s approval.

  • To ensure communication of policies, and procedures of Insurance Company to the permanent employees related to the parents’ medical facility.

  • To coordinate with the Insurance Company for timely disbursement of approved expenses to the employees

  • To coordinate with the IMS/QMS department on all Health and Safety related matters.

  • To ensure implementation of 5S exercise in Uniform Store and First Aid Center

  • To identify and resolve all bottlenecks in coordination with IT and ensure proper implementation of Vehicle Management System

  • To assist the Management in preparation of Human Resources Department budget.

  • To maintain and update HR Manual, policies and procedures and Board resolutions at regular intervals.

  • To promote workplace safety.

  • Any other work assigned by the Management.

Qualification               :                Graduate/Master Degree from HEC recognized University.   Diploma / Certifications in Human Resource Management  preferred


 


Experience                  :                04 – 05 years job related experience with an industrial   organization (Relaxable in case of exceptional candidates)


 


 


Age                                      :  35 Years( Relaxable)
