  graduate in Engineering or related discipline


• Are a

  your offshore and onshore team (Global teams)


• Have at
  
  least 5 years of experience (out of an overall 8-10 years of experience) in
  
  product management, project management and team leadership


• Have strong
  
  business acumen, drive for learning and technical experience


• Have a
  
  passion for innovation and you are self-driven individual


• Have great
  
  interpersonal and communication skills. 

When you are working with us, you will be:

• Owning
  
  and managing product engineering, product roadmaps and product business feature
  
  set definition.


• Managing
  
  translation of customer business requirements into software product
  
  features and detailed technical requirements (e.g., writing epics, user
  
  stories, etc.)


• Spotting
  
  trends looking over the horizon that would lead to developing new and
  
  enhance existing Pharma products, solutions and frameworks aligned with
  
  market needs to maximize customer satisfaction and expand the customer
  
  base


• Coordinating
  
  with sales and consulting teams for product demos and proposals.


• Ensuring
  
  that practical industry best  practices for customer engagement are
  
  implemented resulting in creating a ‘wow’ user experience


• Leading
  
  a highly competent and skilled product team, to introduce current
  
  development methodologies (agile, design thinking, devops etc) and ensure
  
  product features are delivered on time with required quality and within
  
  budget.


• Defining
  
  and capturing performance metrics and report to the leadership team on a
  
  weekly basis


• Managing
  
  numbers while doing planning and budgeting for product development for
  
  each year
