Mid career software engineer

Mid career positions are for candidates who have 1 to 2 years experience in software; want to sharpen their skills; and excel in a fast paced learning environment. Mid career professionals with following abilities and skill sets will be preferred.Good communication skills in writing documentation related to projects, communicating through emails and agile project management tools. Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Should be comfortable about releasing sub-systems of the projects on weekly basis. Good knowledge of version control system. You should have very good experience in one industry standard version control system and should know its advantages and limitations. Experience with git will be a plus.At-least have done five demonstrable project in PHP, Python,Drupal or Ruby on rails. Clearly demonstrate your role in the project in the resume. Very good knowledge of at-least one of the PHP framework Zend, Code Ignitor, Drupal, Kohana or Symfony. Experience with Symfony framework will be a plus.Ability to write efficient, well documented and bug free code. You should have ability to test your’s and peers code before handing over to the QA team. Good understanding of usability in the software systems.Mandatory: Please write clearly about the project and your role in a project completed/work in progress in one of the open source frameworks. Clearly write what you have done individually and as part of the team. Feel free to explain about your education or career achievements in the cover letter.

The following abilities and skills are required for mid-career Software Quality Assurance Engineers.

Project Manager
The candidate should be able to plan, monitor and control execution.
He must have a BS/MS degree in electrical engineering or BS/ MS degree in mechanical engineering with at least 20 years experience including 8 years minimum experience in project management of 5 star hotel projects.
Senior Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical)
The candidate will be required to lead team of workers.
He should be able to plan and execute assigned tasks with good knowledge of standards and codes.
He must have a BS/MS degree in his field with at least 15 years experience and with a minimum of 5 years experience at hotel projects.
