Manage Telephone exchange- take messages, divert calls as requiredAct as first point of contact for all the visitors- receive and greet and direct to the right department/personManage daily staff attendance registerRegularly update staff contact lists, and internal telephone extension listReceive, register and distribute daily mail including monthly utility bills, quotations and daily newspapers etcCoordinate with courier company for outgoing and incoming mailEnsure professional, clean & orderly look for the reception desk.Book conference room and ensure cleanliness for meetingsClosely work with Administration department in ensuring timely availability of refreshment, tea and coffee, and other material required for in house meetings, training etc
