Vital Soft is looking for Customer Support Trainee whose main purpose is to liaise with the customers via email, calls or by any other communication medium to resolve their queries within a reasonable time period or as per nature of the query. Candidate should have the knowledge of system Installation, networks and hardware issues along with the knowledge of database, Deployment, analytical solution, Sql 2005, Sql 2008
