Functional Area Coordinator to C.E Development

Job Description:

 Under supervision of the respective Task Manager, able to do the following:

Assist the Task Manager in the day to day operations and general administration of respective section operations.Be able to prepare documents on computer, relevant to the section operations such as drafting letters/ presentations on Power point / data on MS Excel as required by the Task Manager.Drafting Minutes of the Meetings and finalizing after approval from the section head / Task Manager and assist in its distribution.Support the interfacing and coordination with all PDP related interventions between MEPCO Development Team and PDP’s Engineering Team.Assist in maintaining the project wise documentation / filing of all (PDP) project activities related to the Development section’s operations.Willing to travel out of station on work related assignments.Other tasks assigned by supervisors, as and when required.

Relevant Experience:

Be fully well versed in using MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010Interest in researching, compiling, and summarizing the information materials.Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with DISCO employees, and the general public.Ability to organize work, establish  priorities, meet established deadlines, and follow up on assignments with a minimum of direction.

 Education & Experience:  BSc – preferably Electrical Engineering with a background in IT.

 Note: Project will end by September 2015
