– Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with OD strategies and initiatives.
– Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
– Develop learning and development programs
– Develop policies and procedures and conduct policies trainings for better understanding


Candidate’s Profile:


– Must have worked with a renowned FMCG company for 2-3 years in HR and OD domain.
– Strong communication, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
– Must have a Master’s in Business Management degree from an accredited institute.
