We are looking for Factory Manager in Karachi

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

∙         BE (Electronics)

∙         3-5 years’ of experience in a reputable company

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

∙         Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities

∙         Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the division by the workers

∙         Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals

∙         Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the client

∙         Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs

∙         Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel

SKILLS:

∙         Energetic and Good teamwork skills

∙         Excellent communication skills

∙         Proficient in MS office

∙         Working in the capacity of manager and capable enough to take responsibilities as factory manager and able to resolve all electronics issues of Machines.

∙         Good leadership qualities
