Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Manager will design and implement all strategic initiatives, in addition to handling all employee relations, benefits administration, policies and procedures, recruiting and onboarding alongside disciplinary management and learning, training and an active ambassador for the firm as public relations.
Provide front line generalist HR support through actively partnering with the client and proactively identifying and dealing with employee issues;
Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of organizational development and training efforts;
Consult with business leaders on performance, organizational, and management development matters;
Continuously enhances expertise in the deployment of organizational development tools and processes, formal development planning, and assessment for individual and team coaching;
Developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities and aligning with company objectives.
Manage individuals; encourage corporate values; liaise with third parties to develop the best talent pools in country and be the employer of choice in the HR arena
