MANAGER CIVIL ENGINEERING-KARACHI

A  Public Limited Company based at Karachi requires an Ideal MANAGER CIVIL ENGINEERING.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out all types of Civil Engineering related maintenance and repair work for company assets such as office building, factory residential colony and company’s house.


• To plan and execute annual maintenance schedule.


• To keep record of all the tools in its charge and to periodically muster them.


• To keep record of the inventory such as furniture fixture, utilities of the factory/colony and company’s house etc.


• To keep in touch with the stores and supply chain department regarding stock position of spare parts and to avoid any emergency regarding plant maintenance shortages in particular are averted beforehand.


• To keep a close liaison between all departments and to extend maximum co-operation for the smooth running of paper machine.


• To safeguard vigilantly the factory property against pilferage and damage of any sort.


• To provide conducive atmosphere for all the workers for better output of the department.


• To maintain discipline in the department and to prepare annual performance appraisal reports on the conduct and efficiency of each one of his subordinate employees


• To pay visit to company’s house when ever required and provide immediate service to the company’s house.


• To carry out preparatory work for tender documents and contractor conditions for new projects regarding civil work.


• Any other point which will attribute to better production at the company.


• Any other work as assigned by the Management.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of modern emergency practices.


• Complies with the highest level of safety during construction work to avoid any type of accident.


• Proficient in MS office.

Qualification:                         BE/ME(Civil) from Well reputed University.

Experience:                            06 – 10 years in Civil work experience in design, construction of infrastructure                works and buildings.

Age:                                          Maximum  40 Years
