The objective of this work order is to conduct an extensive review and analysis of the Event Management System (EMS) and Monitoring & Evaluation System (M&E) being used by the Project’s respective teams in order to identify and rectify system bugs and drawbacks and upgrade the system in line with the teams’ objectives and requirements.The Consultant(s) shall use his/her education, experience, knowledge of international best practices, and additional understanding gleaned to accomplish the following: End-to-end review of the current Event Management System and Monitoring and Evaluation System. Fifteen day consultancy duration at the Project Office Lahore (consultant must spend at the very least five days at the Lahore Office reviewing the system simultaneously with the Training and Events, Monitoring and Evaluation and IT team)Identify bugs/errors/problems in the system.Compile a through report detailing all problems/issues within the system along with innovative solutions to overcome these problems.Identify areas of improvement within the system in line with team processes, objectives, requirements and expectation.Compile and present a proposal detailing the road map with timeline to customize, improve and upgrade the system so that it may generate the output desired by the teams.Deliverables: The substance of, findings on, and recommendations with respect to the above mentioned tasks shall be delivered by Consultant(s) in a written deliverable in the standard report format of the project.
