A renowned Multinational business oriented Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a HR MANAGERS.

The incumbent must have capability to develop and implement the Human Resources strategy in order to meet Organization objectives.

Responsibilities:

• To develop key HR policies and procedures
• To manage Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Functions
• Training & Development Functions
• Recruitment & Selection Functions
• Administration & IR functions
• Manage the human resources budget as appropriate
• Research, initiate and develop policies, procedures and systems to achieve the organisation’s objectives; monitor and review effectiveness and recommend change as necessary
• Contribute to the development of strategies for all matters relating to Human Resources, taking into account legislative requirements and best employment and practice
• Lead, motivate and develop Human Resources team members to achieve the section’s objectives and to ensure a high quality responsive service to meet internal customer requirements

Skills :
