Customer Support Agent



We are seeking dynamic “Customer Service Agent” for a UK based Call Center. The candidates should have an exceptional command on English language (Speaking, listening & Understanding) along with decent accent.


 


Key Responsibilities:


·        Speaking to Engineers on phones to allocate service work


·        Chat to customers via chat /emails


·        Answer calls from customers taking basic information


·        Update / Maintain customer records by updating account information


·        Update all internal systems including CRM/Excel sheet
