Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities :-

Supervision in preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with IAS and Companies Ordinance and approval thereof.

• Responsible for Fund Management.


• Compilation of Budget and variance statement and presentation to Board members.


• Coordination with external auditors during audit and tax consultants for effective tax planning


• quarterly Reporting to shareholders, Board members, Exchange and SECP.

·      Monthly financial reporting to CEO.

Skills & Competencies :-

Should have Good Communication Skills including oral, written, report writing and presentation.

• Ability to handle multi tasking

Ability to deliver under pressure.

Good leadership skills.

Understanding the business.
