The role is to assist the Plant Manager in HR matters and to carry out HR tasks like recruitment & training of workers, welfare matters and other personnel work with the coordination of Plant Manager & HR Manager. Candidates with Bachelors or Masters Degree along with 2-4 years of hands on experience at plant are encouraged to apply
