Manager PPC basic function shall b to assist GM Operation in

day to day, Production/operation function & record keeping.

Facilitate Production Manager/Supervisors to ensure plan

& desire production goals are meet.

Achieve productivity target, ensure quality cost management.

Support QMS & maintain necessary record.

Implement reporting system; maintain martial usages & wastages

data.

Plan & assist in materials procurement, production &

ensure safe stock keeping.

Plan production scheduling to meet sales target.

Implement monthly & weekly production report.

Ensure production target are meet.

Liaison & ensure materials are timely available.

Organize & maintain production data.

Monitor material usage, wastages & yields.

Plan & generate daily, weekly, monthly & yearly

local/import procurement demands.

Liaison & track equipment performance data & help in

implementing design changing.

Shall comply with any/all tasks assigned by management.

Ensure product cost is maintained.

Plan & adhere departmental expense budget.

Manager PPC reports directly to GM Operations.

Manager PPC keep liaison with Manager Finance/Procurement, Sales

& Store.
