Multiple Jobs-Punjab Skills Development Fund

Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is a not-for-profit organization set up under the Companies Ordinance 1984 by the Government of the Punjab in collaboration with Department for International Development. UK. PSDF is looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the following positions based in Lahore:

1- Manager Partnership Development and Communications

Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline; Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience of understanding of institutional and government donors and developing communication plans and strategies

2- Manager Testing and Placement Services

Education and Experience

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline, Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience preferably in recruitment, selection and assessment centers.

3- Assistant Manager Communications

Education and Experience

BBA / BS (Honors) / Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline; Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification expenence preferably in marketing and event management

4- Assistant Manager Strategy and Product Development

Education and Experience

BBA / BS (Honors) / Master’s degree In Business Administration I Economics or a relevant discipline; Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience preferably in consulting and economic research

5- Assistant Manager Monitoring and Evaluation

Education and Experience

BBA / BS (Honors) / Bachelor of Engineering I Masterâ??s degree in Business Administration / Economics or a relevant discipline; Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification expenence preferably In the development/ vocational training sectors or monitonng & evaluation.

6- Associate – Strategy and Product Development / Partnership Development and Communications

Education and Experience

BS / BBA (Honors) / Bachelor of Engineenng / Masters degree in Business Administration / Economics or a relevant discipline , Minimum of two (2) years post-qualification experience preferably in the development / vocational training sectors.

7- Management Assistant – Finance and Accounts

Education and Experience

ACCA / CA Inter, preferably holding finance and audit certifications. 0-1 year of post-qualification relevant experience.

8- Management Assistant – Human Resources / Monitoring and Evaluation / Complaints and Grievances / Strategy and Product Development

Education and Experience

BS / BBA (Honors) / Master’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources; 0-1 year of post-qualification relevant experience.
