PRODUCTION OFFICER(CONSUMER DIVISION)

A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical company based at Karachi is looking for a PRODUCTION OFFICER for its Consumer/Food Division. Incumbent should be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

• Make the production plan; process planning and schedule in coordination with Technical Head, accordingly to meet demands of consumers as provided


• Supervision of operations and responsible to run the Production activities as assigned by the head


• Compile and review daily production reports for shift targets and follow up


• Make loss/ gain and KPI reports


• Take measures for continuous improvement in processes, increased productivity and efficiency


• Overall inspection of assigned production area


• Review SOP’s and implementation of standardized procedures


• Train, control and coordinate staff activities


• Facilitate audit inspectors


• Assist in documentation regarding ISO, HACCAP, FSMS, HSE and audits

Qualification & Experience:

• M.Sc Food Sciences / Chemistry


• 3-5 years experience of Consumer/ Food division

Skills:

• Having firm knowledge of Production related activities, Knowledge of documentation (SOP’s, ISO, HACCAP, Food Safety Management System, HSE, Hygienic Conditions)


• Strong Communication skills


• Supervision skills
