Qualification:

Masters Degree with 3 year experience in a similar position.Bachelor Degree with 5 year experience in a similar position.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills.Analytical ability.Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.Ability to perform cost benefit analysis.Flexible in traveling.Fluent in speaking and writing English.

Job Description:

Ensure implementation of standards, controls, and SOPs.Procurement of technical and non-technical products and services.Fulfilling requirement of Tax and other Govt. Authorities.Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers.Prepare price comparisons.Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided;Visit, Evaluate and select the adequate suppliers and building and maintaining good relationships with them.To conduct market analysis.Processing payments and invoices.Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future.Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.Ensure cost savings measure are in place to meet objectives and goals.
