Pakistan: Consultant Coordinator

Crown Agents USA, Inc. (CA-USA) is seeking a

Consultant Coordinator

for an upcoming USAID- funded Support of Privatization Activity project in Pakistan.

Since its incorporation in the United States in 1998, CA-USA has provided technical assistance services and support to U.S. Government agencies and international organizations such as the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), Department of State (DOS), and the Gates Foundation.

Specific Responsibilities

Proactively recruit and build roster of short-term expatriate and local consultants.

Develop and write scopes of work for potential consultants.

Act as main point of contact for consultants to ensure timely deployment of resources.

Work closely with Chief of Party to ensure timely and quality completion of project deliverables.

Assume management responsibilities in absence of Chief of Party.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Economics, Business, Law, or related field.

At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Prior experience working within the fields of public or private sector management, administration, and sourcing.

Sound understanding of planning, implementing, and executing privatization projects.

Past experience on donor-funded projects highly preferred.
