– Position: Manager IR


– Education: Minimum LLB with relevant experience


– Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing IR function in labor intensive organization


 


Responsibilities:


– Advise management on strategic matters pertaining to industrial relation function


– Manage the IR section to main cordial relationship between Management and Workers


– Ensure Company’s policies and procedures are in compliance with prevailing labor laws


– Hands on experience of handling CBA/COD matters


-Incumbent should be fully conversant with employment and labor laws
