Pakistan: Team Leader - CARE-led Education Sector Programme Consortium

CARE, in consortium with the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), the Pakistan Coalition for Education (PCE) and the Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP), are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to head the multi-agency initiative to support the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Sector programme (KESP) II in Pakistan.


The Consortium aims to establish a long-term, collaborative effort to implement a comprehensive, flexible and high quality technical support to KESP II, work with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GoKP) to deliver the education sector programme; ensure equal access to education; improve and enhance capacity and transfer useful knowledge, skills and practices; as well as ensure that KP education reforms are institutionalized and sustainable.


The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and facilitating the work of the Consortium and ensuring an integrated approach in project implementation among Consortium partners and other stakeholders, including other components of KESP II, in the achievement of project objectives.

Interview process:
• Provisional dates for interviews are week beginning 25 January 2016 for first and second-round interviews.

• Tests may form part of the interview process.
