Job Description

We are looking for talented graduates with fluency in English language (US or polished neutral accent) who enjoys working in a fast paced, customer focused, environment. This is a night shift position between the hours of 8:00pm and 6:00am.

Job Summary

We are looking for Real Estate Mortgage Loan Analysts and Customer Support Executives who assists a financial institution in processing, approving, closing and funding of real estate loan transactions. Some job duties include checking an applicant’s credit worthiness, verifying supporting documents and ensuring that the applicant’s information is accurate. A Mortgage Loan Analyst also makes the decision whether a home buyer is qualified for a new loan. Job duties also include coordination, preparation, assembly, and verification of loan closing documents during the closing process. A Mortgage Loan Analyst typically works directly with customers, third party service providers and real estate agents.

Experience Requirement

Executive Level – No direct Job experience required. Candidates should have prior 2 years BPO customer service experience servicing US clients in any capacity.

Education Requirements

Four year Bachelor degree in any discipline is required. University degree must be from a reputable, non-online accredited university.

Essential Skills

Candidates must be extremely detailed-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication in the English language. Must speak English with a US or neutral accent.

Must have strong computer skills and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet programs. Candidates must have solid math and problem solving skills. Must possess “customer first’ attitude with excellent customer service skills.
