Technical Support Engineer

We currently have a vacancy for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER in the Information Technology Department at our Karachi office.

REQUISITES:

• BS/ BE Computer Science / Electronics.


• 1-2 years relevant experience in Window based desktop support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting skills


• Basic networking knowledge would be an added advantage preferably related to corporate environment.


• Strong ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic and deadline- oriented.


• Must be highly client oriented, focused and have flexibility to work in extended hours as necessary.


• Good at taking initiatives, handling pressure and have interpersonal communication skills.

SOFT SKILLS / QUALITIES:

• Strong IT skills


• Ability to work within a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Good communication skill, decision making and problem-solving skills
