Urgently We are looking for energetic and motivated Female individual for our client Office located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.


Job Title: Customer Support Executive, Gender: Female, Qualification: MBA (Marketing) Work Timing: 9am to 5:30pm


Job Description:
• Sales
• Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
• Able to conduct face to face meeting with prospects and clients
• Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
• Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals
• Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
• Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns
• Follow up the leads
• Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude
• Must Be Committed regarding the work
• Must have quality to gain the work load
• Must be willing to go outside to conduct meeting with clients


Job Specification:
• Fluency in written & spoken English language
• Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly
• Patience and anger management skills
• Telesales Experience will be preferred


Required Skills:
Individuals who have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


Required Experience:
At-least 2 years of experience of Sales (Preferably in IT industry)


Salary scale: 18,000 to 32,000 depending upon experience.
