Education: BSc / BS (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience: Minimum 12 years of hands on experience in design development & manufacturing environment; with strong CAD/CAM/CAE background

Skills Required:

– Should be able to execute synchronized decisions involving design and manufacturing. Must possess strong grip on analytical and engineering concepts.
– CAD software: Advanced level user of Catia v6, Creo 3.0, Autodesk Inventor and Solid Work
– CAE software: Advanced level user of Ansys and Abaqus.
– Project management software: Primavera, MS Project, Visio, Excel.
– Very good knowledge of cutting tools, feed, speed calculations, optimization, chip formation, CNC CAM programming, cycle time study, process layout, control plan, Fabrication, Welding Techniques, FMEA, Jigs and fixtures modular designing.
– Self-motivated, mentor, trouble shooter, ability to thrive under pressure, innovative, possess a positive attitude towards challenges.
