Managing Director
The company is mainly oriented and specialized in the Business Areas of Oil & Gas, Water & Environment, Energy & Climate Protection and Transport & Structures. In Pakistan the company is focused in Oil & Gas, Hydro Power und Infrastructure. In its future expansion strategy ILF Pakistan is seeking to conquer new fields in the country such as infrastructure development (mass transport systems, roads, tunnels), renewable energy (thermal power plants) and oil & gas systems (pipeline, terminals).
The Managing Director as a generalist is responsible of organizing and managing the company's strategy and redefining its work values and culture. He will be accountable of financial results, managing Human resources, should be completely involved in cost and budget controlling actively engaged in formulating contracts (FIDIC) and acquisition mechanisms.
He has to monitor all the projects in their different phases and finally provide an assessment about the quality of completed projects throughout an internal reporting process.
One of the primary tasks of the hired candidate of this position is to inculcate to his employees a range of new business methods and promote a new organization and information culture sponsored by the mother company.
He will be responsible for the management of the company with three divisions and approximately 30 employees to supervise. A security service is at his disposal during his travels around the country where he will be led to meet senior local officials.
Candidates applying for this position should have the will to live in Pakistan and remain there for several months per year.
This opportunity is open to western citizens and western passports holders only, English fluent speakers is a basic requirement and German will be a considerable advantage.
A high salary along with interesting allowance packages were allocated to this position.
Education:
• Masters level or higher
• Civil - or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years similar experience
• International experience advantageous
Language:
• Fluent English speaker is a must
• German is an important added value

• Ensuring internal controls in accordance with specification
• Overseeing Budget and cost control
• Responsible of Acquisition, formulating contracts and claiming negotiations
