Logistic officer

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Account for purchased items and coordinate with appropriate logistical and admin staff members.  Accepts delivery of all commodities and other purchases ensuring invoiced quantity/specifications are in accordance with purchase order. Submits invoices and associated requisition for payment.Manage inventories and stocks in office and warehouse .Coordinate with the landlord for maintenance of the buildings in RI use. Organize/manage the transport of goods.Fleet Management, vehicle allocation to the staff and drivers’ supervision.Organize RI files related to logistics and keep them updated.Receive NFIs from vendors and distribute them amongst the beneficiaries following RI procedures.Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

 Qualification and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field,Master will be prefered.Minimum of three (3) years of experience  is requried
