HVAC Engineer

As the person responsible for project HVAC specialist technical leader. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understand the specialist in the contract design and specification and delivery scope.
Understand local municipal technical requirement and automatic match to contract technical requirement.
Responsible for contract SOW, contract BOQ, contract SOC, supplier and subcontractor side SOC, technical submittals, method statement of delivery proposal, equipment installation& inspection standards and procedure, and ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract, uptime and authority.
Responsible for develop equipment installation design standards, equipment configuration, the implementation of the formulation of process, inspection process, inspection and test documentation, and ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract. Design and construction drawing with design institute or consultant.
Responsible Product specification and clarification, output product configuration list to ensure contract signing stage product specifications document clear and perfect.
