Treasury Specialist-Standard Chartered Bank


Responsible for marketing and delivery of FM Products to Retail Clients. Implement strategy of WMPS, Pakistan for Business, Priority & Personal Clients which includes product, pricing and promotion and enhance the breadth of WMPS Product offering to the clients in the assigned region.  


Qualifications and Skills


Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, CFA Level 1 preferred


Experience: Extensive experience in FX & Wealth products sales, should know how to drive sales in branches 




  • Enhance and develop Foreign Exchange Spot and Forward business with existing and new clients.

  • Support Head of WMPS, Pakistan in delivering the agreed Budget.

  • Deepen relationships with clients for the existing product suite.

  • Provide professional advice with respect to Financial Markets products to Bank’s existing and potential customers with a focus on Structured Products.

  • Assist Head of WMPS, Pakistan in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Retail Clients.

  • Keeping RMs and customers abreast of market dynamics, market trends, and upcoming economic events.

  • To ensure documentation for Derivative e.g. Board Resolution, ISDA, Generic Risk Disclosure statement, Customer Appropriateness

  • To identify opportunities for marketing of Financial Markets products in coordination with RC RMs.

  • Ensure compliance to Client Limits and adherence to group policies and guidelines.

  • Availability of fair and competitive pricing from various FM trading desks.

  • To keep abreast of the latest market developments, competitors tactics and develop a stream of market intelligence.

  • Ensure efficient client management to ensure reduced customer client complaints.

  • Maintaining close relationship with bank personnel including Financial Markets, RC RMs, Trade Services and CMO departments.

  • Support the Head of WMPS in overall business development to deliver the strategy and budget.

  • Ensure compliance of AML, CDD policies & procedures in accordance with Group and Local Regulatory guidelines.
