Requirements



The marketing specialist assists in innovative marketing and supplement tasks like public relations and promotion. To create awareness and desire for the product with a creative approach is the key aim. He/she studies the designs, logos, promotional materials like flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, newsletters and magazines and modifies them if necessary. Content and pictorial data are both equally important for complimenting ongoing marketing and awareness campaigns and business objective policies. Your role, as a strong marketer is to utilize your professional skills to meet your ventures objectives. 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM and other related software;

  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills;

  • Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team;

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Professional self-starter, high level of motivation; customer empathy and ethics;

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills;

  • Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills. 


Responsibilities



  •  Initiates online marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market;

  •  Assigns work to team of graphic designers and gets the complete creative idea reflected in the design form;

  • Prepares and supervises the production of publicity brochures, handouts, and other promotional material;

  • Works closely with the printing personnel to get the job done in time;

  • Send media kits, press releases and pitch stories to appropriate media outlets;

  • Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements;

  • Communicates promptly and effectively to request for response, research, quotes, photos, interviews and information from media contacts; 

  • Writes and edits material for electronic and print media; ensures photographic coverage for publications; 

  • Manages and organizes all sorts of events including conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours with perfection;

  • Handles annual marketing budget and work within the marketing budget efficiently;

  • Effectively handles social media, blogs and company magazine execution 

  • Develop relationships with websites to obtain quality links. 

  • Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Establish an effective presence on social media sites.

  • Solicit customer feedback and optimize campaigns accordingly
